logoExecutive Dance & Fitness maintains a dress code to encourage concentration and a sense of inclusiveness (variations in attire can be distracting and contribute to feelings of inequality). Uniformity in dancewear allows the teachers to assess how well the students are implementing the technique being taught, problems with alignment, and other important aspects of dance training.

  • All registration fees and tuition are due by the first day of each class, per semester.
  • A non-refundable registration fee of $30 is due with the initial payment for the year/session.  This fee is added to the total due and must be paid before proceeding with the registration process.
  • Executive and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained while a student is in class or on the premises.
  • No video, audio, photo or any other recordings are allowed in the studio, with the exception of parent observation days.
  • For technique classes, (ballet, jazz, tap etc) the first day of class should be considered a placement day.  Executive reserves the right to move students to the most appropriate level based on their skills.
  • In the event that classes are canceled due to inclement weather, there will be no make-up classes, credits or refunds.
  • Students should carry their dancewear, shoes, and other belongings in a dance bag.
  • Please print your child's name on the bag as well as on all of its contents.
  • Watches, jewelry, and safety pins should not be worn to class.
  • Dance shoes should never be worn outside.
  • Female students should wear their hair tightly secured and styled away from the face; a neat bun is preferred.
  • Students are expected to observe good personal hygiene habits. Deodorant is required for students age 10 and older.

Arrival time for all classes is NO EARLIER than 5 minutes before class. Interruptions are distracting especially for the younger students. Please pay attention to the sign on the door. When we turn it to "change of class – you may enter," we are dismissing one class and are ready for the next class.

The studio will open for the first class of the day approximately 10 minutes before class with the exception of 3 & 4 year old classes. Arrival time for those classes is the first 15 minutes of class to ease the transition from one class to the next. Parents of the 3 & 4 year old students will receive a letter explaining the beginning and end of class.

Please let us know who is picking up your child. Be prompt! If an emergency arises and you are running late, please call (501) 940-3941 and let us know so your child does not worry. Always leave a message because we often cannot hear the phone when the music is playing.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  Dancers must be committed to their dance classes. In order for dancers at Executive Dance to excel throughout the year, it is very important that they attend dance class regularly and take time outside of class to practice.  If absenteeism becomes a concern, the instructor will contact the parents and make necessary arrangements for the dancer.

Make Up Policy for Competitive Dancers:  Dancers can attend another class of the same type to make up an absence.  Dancers have the option of making up an absence by scheduling a private lesson.

TUITION PAYMENTS:  Failure to make a tuition payment on time will result in a $10 late fee.  Starting in September 2014, dancers enrolling in classes between the 1st & 15th of the month will pay full tuition.  Payment options are cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

 COSTUME DEPOSITS:  No refunds on costume fees.  $100 per costume due in October


Parents will be notified and consulted regarding any in-class behavioral issues or questions.  If a child acts out in class in a manner that is harmful to him/herself or others, that child shall be removed from class and parents shall be notified immediately.  Children will be dropped from a class if their behavior interferes with safety or is chronically disruptive.  We may recommend that your child be moved to a more appropriate class level if needed.
